Safe, sound, and somewhat sad that I'm home (but don't let Cody hear me saying that)!
I can finally upload all the killer photos I wanted to while at the no-tell motel. I'll do so, with minimal commentary, except when I can't help myself (which you know is pretty much all the time).
One of the best things about going each time I've gone is the INSPIRATION I take away. That, alone, is worth every penny.
Rubbish
Check out what she spelled out in the letters (how fun is that?)....
Janet wasn't the only vendor (Theresa had one too, and I didn't get a pic) who had a creative use for a janitor's bucket on wheels. Colleen, are you paying attention? How fun would this be for a party? Especially with the "chug" flashcard commanding you to do so?
Rubbish is co-owned by Janet and her sibs, as I mentioned in an earlier post, and she's got sumpin' big up her sleeve, which I'm working on a giveaway to celebrate. Stay tuned. If you love her flashcards, you'll want in ....
Garden Antqs Vintage
Oh, and you know how I loooove me some clocks (and check out her empty clock vignette)....
Theresa's booth was AMAZING and she was so gracious. I'm super-bummed that I missed her blog party today (with Sue Whitney signing Junk Beautiful Outdoors).
The Veranda
I have NO IDEA how the talented Maggie of Veranda slipped under my radar! She wasn't around while I drooled all over her booth, but I picked up one of her cards, and will be following her blog from now until eternity. Check out these heavenly displays:
And if you don't think I'm not totally cribbing that burlap-wrapped tabletop for my garden, you are sorely mistaken.... I just may move my garden table into the dining room...
And this glider???????
I've loads more to blog about so will have lots more posts; I'm just trying to keep it somewhat organized, since I can no longer do it on a chronological scale.
The inspiration I took away from this trip is invaluable. As you may have surmised, I'm soooooo into the burlap/ivory/nature thing right now I'm busting into mossy and dusty hives.

I am (almost) rendered speechless...wow wow wow. Looks like you had an amazing time, and I'm pea green with envy. Can't wait to see the rest of your photos!

I was in Texas for 10 days but only went to RT one full day plus the JG prom. I wanted to spend more time with my sons in my hometown of B/CS than at RT. No way I'm mother of the year; I just love my sons and hometown slightly more than antiques, slightly. Thanks for all the inspiration pics, I'll be back and back and back to try some of these ideas.
