I'm digging that typewriter. Last weekend i was in a junk shop down in southwest georgia and they were setting out at least 12 vintage typewriters. they'd all come from the estate of a woman who'd been an investigator with the Fla. Department of Law Enforcement--her specialty was handwriting and typography. All the ones they had were going to be priced well over $60.

I love your blog site. I have been an Ebay seller on and off (currently off)for about 10 years buying most of my items at yard sales and auctions. I guess you have to be into it, but the rush you get from finding a bargain is unbelievable. I really enjoy every post!


Great typewriter. I see them pretty often at sales, because Syracuse was where L.C. Smith was located.
